Solution
Create a web platform that highlights Modern House Spain's properties and, at the same time, attracts and facilitates collaboration with real estate agents to promote their properties.
Research and Definition:
Real Estate Market Analysis: Market research to understand current trends, real estate agents' preferences and potential clients' expectations.
Stakeholder interviews: Meetings with the Modern House team to identify business objectives and specific expectations for collaboration with agents.
User Profiling: Creation of detailed profiles for real estate agents, highlighting their needs, preferences and motivations.
Ideation and Prototyping
Collaborative Design Sessions: Working with the Modern House team to define key features that will appeal to real estate agents.
Interactive Wireframes: Development of wireframes to visualize the structure and flow of the platform, prioritizing relevant information for agents.
User Prototyping: Performing usability tests with interactive prototypes to validate the user experience.
Visual Design
Visual Identity: Creation of a modern and attractive visual identity that reflects the Modern House Spain brand and attracts real estate agents.
Specific Page Design: Development of specific pages dedicated to the presentation of partnership opportunities, agent benefits and property portfolio details.
High Fidelity Prototypes: Transformation of wireframes into high fidelity prototypes, incorporating visual identity and custom design elements.
