Pool Sureste
Product Design
The previous website suffered from an outdated UI, critical usability errors, and a high bounce rate. I implemented a complete brand and web redesign to establish trust, streamline lead generation, and significantly boost user engagement on all devices.
Client:
Pool Sureste
Role:
UX/UI Designer & No-Code Developer
Year:
2024 (During 6 weeks)
Challenge
The client, a reputable pool construction company, faced a high website bounce rate (over 70%) due to an obsolete corporate image and poor usability. Potential B2C customers, seeking high-investment services, lacked the crucial confidence signals (transparency, testimonials, process clarity) needed to request a quote. The core challenge was to create a modern, performance-driven site that mitigated user anxiety and drove qualified leads.
Objective
To perform a full brand refresh (including the logo) and redesign the website (Figma/Framer) to achieve three main goals: 1) Modernize the corporate image and brand perception. 2) Improve website usability and mobile responsiveness. 3) Increase lead generation by reducing friction and building trust through strategic UX copy and clear process flows. I also focused on decreasing operational queries by proactively answering FAQs.
Results
The UX-focused redesign led to immediate, measurable business growth. I successfully collaborated with the CEO to align the digital platform with sales objectives, resulting in a 45% drop in Bounce Rate and a 58% increase in Average Session Duration as users engaged with the new content (FAQs, Process Guide). Most critically, the primary goal conversion rate (Quote Request Form Submission) increased by 25% within two months of launch. The final product is a highly performant, fully responsive No-Code website.
