Challenge
Peter Lead's previous digital presence suffered from a severely dated corporate image and inconsistent visual identity that did not align with their modern, results-driven communication style. The website and sales materials were fragmented, hindering client understanding of the full service offering and preventing the agency from effectively competing for larger, high-value contracts.
Objective
To create a unified, high-performance brand ecosystem for high-value B2C acquisition. Deliverables included: 1) A definitive Branding Book to guide visual consistency (see logo on backgrounds). 2) A data-informed UX/UI Redesign for the website, focusing on usability, client success stories, and a clear presentation of complex services (SEO, SEM, Web). **3) A structured, persuasive Pitch Deck to guide sales conversations and clearly demonstrate the path to client ROI.
Results
The project successfully elevated Peter Lead’s brand perception, leading to verifiable business impact. The consistent visual design and clear service presentation (on the website and Pitch Deck) helped the agency reposition itself as a National Marketing Reference. Financial Impact: Annual turnover increased to 53% in revenue. This growth was achieved by securing larger clients, a direct result of the design's ability to communicate authority, expertise, and a clear path to high ROI.
