A product design and UX/UI project focused on transforming a fragmented real estate operation into a scalable B2B digital platform for international agencies. The project involved redesigning ESTATUX from a property catalogue into a professional SaaS-like platform that enables agencies to operate in Spain without local infrastructure, removing friction from cross-border real estate transactions.

Challenge

ESTATUX had evolved from a traditional real estate platform into a B2B service connecting international agencies with a verified network of local professionals in Spain. However, its digital experience and visual language still reflected a B2C listing portal, making it difficult to communicate the real value of the business model. The main challenge was to redesign the platform and website so that agencies immediately understood how ESTATUX enables them to operate in the Spanish market, close deals remotely, and scale their business without legal, operational, or commercial friction. The experience needed to shift from showcasing properties to clearly explaining a complex service ecosystem, while establishing trust, credibility, and authority with professional users.

Objective

The objective was to design a clear, trustworthy B2B digital experience that communicates ESTATUX’s value as an operational partner, not just a property provider. This meant restructuring the information architecture, redefining user flows around agency needs, and creating a visual system that positioned ESTATUX as a professional, reliable platform for high-value transactions. The platform had to support sales conversations, reduce friction in decision-making, and scale as a SaaS-like product while remaining easy to understand for first-time visitors.

Results

The redesign successfully repositioned ESTATUX as a professional B2B platform rather than a traditional real estate portal. Agencies can now clearly understand how the platform works, what they gain by joining, and how ESTATUX supports them throughout the sales process. The improved clarity and structure strengthened trust with international partners, supported higher-quality inbound leads, and created a solid foundation for scaling the platform as a SaaS business. The project demonstrates my ability to redesign complex business models into clear digital products, align UX with sales and growth goals, and create systems that support long-term product evolution.
